Scott McLaughlin is a highly experienced coach with over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.
COACHING EXPERIENCE
Scott’s journey in health and fitness began as an athlete competing in a range of disciplines including martial arts, kettlebells and paddleboarding.
From his experience as an athlete, Scott then developed a passion for sharing his wealth of knowledge to help individuals and teams reach their full potential.
Scott’s success as a coach is clearly attributed to his ability to tailor his coaching approach to each of his individual client’s needs. Regardless of the sport or discipline, each and every programme is created to optimise performance and gain results.

Scott’s services have coached multiple regional, national and European medalists, as well as 14 athletes to world championship level across multiple disciplines including martial arts, triathalons and water sports.

OUR PROCESS
We'll begin your fitness journey with an initial consultation where we'll chat about your goals, aspirations, and any history of training or health concerns you may have. It's important for us to get to know each other so that we can create a tailored plan that works best for you.

In our first session together, we'll conduct a full mobility screen to assess your readiness for exercise and identify any areas that need specific attention to minimise the risk of injury. Don't worry, this isn't about pushing you too hard too soon. Our goal is to make sure you can move safely and confidently before we progress.

During this session, we'll also cover some basic movement patterns like the deadlift and squat to ensure that your technique is correct. Proper form is crucial to prevent injury and to help you get the most out of your workout.
Together, we'll work towards creating a fitness plan that suits your needs so that you can feel confident and empowered on your fitness journey.
